I'm back, part 2

In addition to the running and working out, since January 11th, I've been sticking to a sensible reduced calorie and fat diet. No more South Beach Diet: it's just not a healthy or realistic option for me anymore. I need my carbs and sugars in moderation. Although the weight isn't quickly dropping off of me like it had in the past, I'm happy with the slow, steady results.

Basically, I'm sticking to 1,200 calories and around 39 grams of fat daily. This allows me to eat anywhere and anything. I just need to make wise choices.

I'm back, yet again...

This Lent, among other things, I've given up NOT exercising. therefore, I'm sticking to week 1 of Hal Higdon's half marathon schedule for the whole 40-ish days. Things are looking good!
