I need to get another shot of motivation! I've really REALLY fallen behind. I was initially training for a full marathon, now I'm barely training for the half.
On the upside, I've lost 15 pounds since May 31st. On the downside, it's with help from a low-carb diet. If I start to train within the next few days, will I die from lack of energy? I am taking in lots of protein, but will that be enough? Before the half, I totally plan on a big plate of Pad Thai!
I really should've joined a running group. I need a group of people to hold me accountable. Self-discipline has never been my strong suit.
